On March 5, 2015 , CentralTouch announced WebRTC Unified Communication Contact Centre (CT WebRTC UC3) to convey browser-based, unified communication and multichannel contact centre functionalities on browsers supporting WebRTC, such as Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
