$2.75 Million in Series B Funding

Overview

On January 25, 2016 Aircall, the online phone system built for teams, announced that it has closed a seed investment round of $2.75M, led by Balderton Capital. Aircall has built a business phone system that can be deployed in seconds. The system does not rely on hardware such as desk-phones, and instead deploys via an app. Users can download this app to their own devices, such as computers, tablets or mobile phones. Additionally, Aircall integrates with all other business software, including Salesforce, Zendesk, Pipedrive and Slack. Thousands of customer service, sales or marketing teams, in companies like Uber or Deliveroo, use Aircall daily to deliver outstanding customer experience and help employees increase their productivity on phone calls.
